Longitudinal & Cross profiling
The longitudinal profiling is totally automatic thanks to a conveyor system transport through the edge milling machine. This machine profiles edges with a high accuracy and makes exact dimensions of the product.
The handling system will be adapted to the type of product transported. This ensures a careful transporte of the board and keeping at the same time a high production cadence without deteriorating the product.
This step is also totally automatic thanks to a belt and vacuum transport technique. This machine milling the cross edges of boards. The high processing speed allows an accurate milling of boards.
